Becoming Debt Free

For many years I have struggled with debt, but in the last twelve months, I have all but resolved my situation! It is amazing what you can achieve when your back is against the wall and you come to a point in your life when you have to make a change just to keep going in life.
My debt had reached the stage where I didn’t know from one month to the next how I would service my existing debts, never mind how I would avoid creating new ones. I was late with my rent every month, my credit rating was none existent and I owed about fifteen different creditors money. I realised that I was fast approaching breaking point, and I decided that it was now or never to change my entire life around.
I had heard lots of good things about the possibility of getting free debt relief online, but I didn’t really know where to start. I spoke to someone at the citizens advice bureau and they told me that there was plenty of help online and they gave me a few ideas about how to search for them.
As soon as I started searching I began to come across lots of different sites which suggested that they could help me with credit card debt relief and I was naturally interested in finding out more. I really looked into the site that I had found online, and reading through the literature, it seemed as if I was a perfect candidate for being helped. What I needed most was credit card debt consolidationand this site was certainly offering that opportunity.
After signing up with them and explaining all my debts, I have had a tough but rewarding twelve months. My debts have been reduced massively, and I now feel like I am on an even keel for the first time in years!
